Tanya Jean Williams WilsonTanya Jean Williams Wilson, 59, was born June 17, 1955 to James Kenneth Williams and Kathryn Lorene Carter Williams in Caldwell Kansas. Tanya was the middle child born after Steve and Kirk, followed by Jim and Lori.Tanya had many fond memories of growing up on the farm west of Caldwell, one of her favorites was drawing play houses in the dirt in the grove of trees across the road south of the house. Having laid the walls and doors out she would then have little brother Jim come into the house to play, according to Tanya she would always get upset with Jim because he refused to use the doors she had laid out, instead he would walk through the imaginary walls.Tanya met her future husband Steve the summer of her sophomore year and they were married on July 2nd 1972. Tanya completed high school after they were married graduating with the CHS class of 1973.Tanya and Steve started their life together in Medicine Lodge KS where she worked in the various cafes and clubs in Medicine Lodge. In 1974 they moved to Dodge City where Tanya began her career working for Centel as a receptionist in the Dodge City office.
